Curt and his wife, Emily, have been married since 2001 and have four great kids that are growing up quickly!  Emily was raised in greater Fishers and we moved our family here in 2009.  We love to see people locally and all over the world come to know, trust, and follow Jesus.

We are passionate about removing barriers to keep others from knowing Jesus and Making Jesus Known.  We are in this together and we are for each other. We will laugh together, cry together, grow together, serve together, and party together. Patience, grace, and support will abound as we help one another grow in faith, hope, and love.

I have been with my incredible better half for 14 years and we have 3 amazing kiddos. A few years ago, God put it in our hearts to move away from a home in Tennessee (Go Titans) that we loved and relocated us to Fishers. We didn’t know many people but were blessed to meet pastor Curt and eventually come along on this crazy journey to Emerge.

I have been in church almost since the day I was born, and apart from a few I have always been in large “Mega Churches”. They have a draw to them that in my option is hard to replicate. The thing that makes Emerge different is that it has the fantastic worship and preaching that you would get a large church but with the small family feel. We can be involved and make a difference in the lives the people around us and the community of Fortville.

One of my biggest prayers in life:

“God, change the world and change peoples lives, just don’t do it without me. I want to be involved in some way.”

Robert is passionate about Jesus and desires that everyone would have a very real authentic encounter with Him.

Jesus changed my life almost 20 years ago. I was going down the wrong path and was caught up in a bunch of craziness, but Jesus…. He is amazing. He is the answer.
